Job Responsibilites of a Business Development Head – Staffing / HR Function

Visiting Clients to check the quality of service rendered by team

Visiting Clients to get new requirements and solve issues by meeting in –person to assure “we care”
Responsible to bring the harmony in the division
Recruitment of new hires and be responsible for  proper induction & training
Reviewing individual and team performance daily
Conducting Business Review Meets regularly with other departments for improving Business and quality of service
Analyzing the reports and taking necessary action for improving quality of service

Achieving individual targets and team targets ( if team target falls short, must roll up the sleeve and do what is required- other than giving excuses)

Train, motivate, and inspire existing team to increase their productivity
