- What sort of frequent interactions can you create on your business?
- How can you facilitate transactions easily using the online space?
- What can you do if you know your customer preferences, age, address, and other finer details?
- How will you replicate some models of Amazon (customer who bought this also bought that) or your browsing history or alerts LinkedIn creates for you to update your profile as you search for jobs or Google displays the ad results based on your search. Can you improvise some of these for your business?
